Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG is being used within our organization for time management, payroll and employee evaluations. It is the tool used to track hours for pay and to create payroll.
  • Accuracy
  • Community forum for questions
  • Customer Service
  • Making less phone calls to representatives to get a task complete - each area is specialized, which is great, but if you have a multi-layer issue, this can take more time than desirable to resolve.
  • I would like more training videos for using Business Intelligence.
I have not used any similar product.
I normally have no issue with pages loading, however I do wish that I would not get timed out when working quite as quickly.
I can generally speak with a representative regarding an issue fairly quickly.

Yes

I think UKG is a great tool and I am mostly very satisfied with the system and customer service. After learning UKG most items are fairly intuitive and there are extensive article resources online, which is a very powerful resource when you have questions. However, as I am sure is true with all systems there are some quirks and when working between the web and back office there are some changes that I feel could sync better.
