Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
Our whole organization uses it. Our employees utilize it to see their paychecks, check phone numbers for their coworkers and do employee reviews. We are also starting to become paperless so our employee documents are living in UKG. It's nice that phone numbers are always accessible for other employees and that my HR Staff across cities can help the other sites by the paperless options we have.

- Reporting - going back to edit you have to go start over instead of just editing one thing
- Ability to manage most HR activities in one platform
- Only issue is how long it takes for UKG to work with vendors to create a streamlined process
