We used TotalHR previously. UKG is 1000% times better. They did not have the employee self service. Many things we can do through UKG had to be done manually in TotalHR.
I have no issues with UKG's performance.
Customer support has gone down. When we first went with UKG I would have given it a 10. I think they grew [too] fast and do not have the number of support staff hired and trained that is needed. I have a lot of issues with their tax department.
