Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use it to do my timecard, any pay inquiries including paystubs and to handle administrative tasks like changing bank accounts for direct deposits.

Furthermore, we use the site to carry out mandatory trainings per quarter and keep track on all trainings. This helps the company to be able to handle most HR inquiries and trainings in one consolidated website that is very easy to use.

UKG Pro easily beats out Deltek Costpoint with how easy it really is to use. Deltek was a super clunky system which an accountant would love, but for an employee just makes it frustrating because of how intricate the procedure is to do anything with the system. With UKG Pro it is super simple to use (especially on the mobile application).

Mobile App:
Really easy to use and its nice to have an HR software that actually has an mobile application to be able to enter time and to take care of everything with.

Web App:
The system is relatively easy to use with maybe a little training at the beginning if you have used another system. But the site is really easy to use and a lot better having everything under one roof.
Payroll administration, Timecard Administration, Training administration. When I used to work for the company back in 2016 these functions where spread out over 3-5 separate applications which made it really hard to keep full track of what was going on. With the system now under one roof, an employee can go in and manage most of their own stuff without any intervention and can just more or less focus on their jobs.
UKGPro could be used with any company, but it is more recommended for an enterprise with about 2,500+ employees to use.

The reason I say that, is for the cost if your under 2,500 employees there are a lot of software options that companies can use that are definitely cheaper and can provide the same amount of functionality that UKGPro does. However if your company is more than 2,500 employees this is definitely the way to go because of its easy to use UI, its mobile application, and other top notch features.
