Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Performance Management, Salary or Compensation Management, UTM, BI, Year End, ACA Reporting, Vet Reporting, EOE reporting... we use it every day and all day long for everything employee/personal wise!

As we continue to grow in size of employees as a company we are still able to process payroll in the same time frame.
I never give a full ten rating only because there is always room for improvement for every system and person.
We had utilized ABRA in the past and UKG Pro is a 100 times better!

Response time for any case or SR or Rapid Response was very slow but has improved significantly. I am finding that service faster when we submit a case through the Community than calling Rapid Response. Also, found that the skill level of the case responders has increased for the better. Still appreciate the Community involvement and response.
