UKG Pro Review

We currently use UKG Pro for benefits enrollment, reporting, billing, Payroll, time management, and vendor integration.

The new job search function is a great hit with our company the management team can find the jobs quickly and efficiently. The edit workflow feature is also great no more multiple workflows for the same reason. Instant check is going well with our Payroll team it's faster and the employee can get their money fast. We also love the new options for highly compensation field we have been trying to keep up with reports, but the function makes it easier. The supervisor link to show who they manage on the job page also was very helpful.

We had a location that entered a rehire with an incorrect social security number. In the past we would correct the SSN on the terminated record and delete the new record with the incorrect social security number. Of course, with Onboarding all the information will not cross over. Wit the merge feature we are able to save some steps and keep the original record and Onboarding information. I'm also able to flag the high compensated employees instead of running a report and removing employees that didn't meet the salary range for the year.
