Our entire organization uses UltiPro for time management, HR/Payroll core, Recruiting, Onboarding and Reporting.

All products we currently use work well and are user friendly.
Good products. Customer Service however in the last 2 years has fallen short of expectations. Cases sit idle for weeks with no one responding to them, even after contact your Acct Mgr or Rapid Response to assist in moving the case forward or getting assistance.

UKG Pro Training

We've used both types of training. Both have been good. Really depends on what the training is for. We would recommend other clients to experience all types of training and determine what works best for them and their staff
It was just really good. Materials could be kept for future reference and trainers were very knowledgeable

When we were looking to improve our payroll/HR Core product we started our research with 6 vendors; narrowed that to 3, then 2. UKG was able to do more than expected in our 3 demos of the product available at the time. Pricing was a part of this process, but the product itself was the selling point.
Would probably not change our evaluation and selection process. Due diligence is important to this company in all aspects.

UKG Pro Implementation

Yes - HR/Core and Time Management. Later added Recruiting and Performance Evaluation
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Its been a while since our implementation. Don't really have any specifics to share
  • Our 1st year UKG had a major upgrade that had many glitches but were resolved.

Configuring UKG Pro

UKG Pro Support

Until the past 2 years, we have always received exceptional customer service for all UKG products. However, this has changed. We no longer have an assigned Support Team; Rapid Response takes forever to pick up a call even if it is for payroll processing which has a short processing period. And, Rapid Response team members may or may not be able to assist you even with simple tasks. On more than one occasion I have been given wrong information. It seems they are not being properly trained. And last but certainly not least. If you create a case it may or not be accepted by anyone. I currently have a payroll critical case that was created in a timely manner over 3 weeks ago that still has not been accepted by anyone therefore no one has responded to assist me. A member who was covering a Rapid Response desk created the case for me and some informatin was not accurately communicated. After 2 weeks and several additional calls to Rapid Response the case is still sitting idle. So last week I created a more accurate case that is still sitting idle. I've also reached out twice to the UKG customer care team. No one at UKG seems to care any more. Sad ! Don't expect high ratings or recommendations to continue from this company.

No. I wasn't aware of this UKG benefit. I think it is sad and unbusinesslike to require clients to purchase support. Customer Support should be your best offer to clients. Yes, we can read but sometimes you just need to clarify or get someone to look at what is going on.
Yes - It was resolved timely. This was also during the merger process with Kronos and then the upgrade from Microsoft Windows to EDGE.
I don't remember seeing an option for this in the products/services offered. UtliPro in my opinion has been exceptional with their set up and reporting for ACA requirements. If I call or submit a case for assistance, we get timely responses with well-informed staff. - This last sentence is no longer as true as it was in the past. I learned last year that some of the ACA processing we had been taught to do wasn't even applicable. Therefore I now need to go back and review past years to make sure our reporting was correct. Yes, we participated in every webinar and for a few years had an ACA specialist assigned to our account. Like other product support this has been taken away.

We have been UKG clients for over 10 years. It is difficult to answer some of these question
Find out as much as you can about the Vendor prior to commiting to working with them.
