Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

[...] uses the Payroll and HR system as well as the onboarding software and UKG Pro Time Management (UTM). [...] also utilizes the mobile app for those employees who work off campus on assignment. My personal use is for our biweekly payroll processing. Reports are also created annually to use with our annual audit and 990 preparation.

Pros

  • The ability to edit data for payroll adjustments directly on the employee's check during payroll processing. This saves a lot of time and headache.
  • The detail that UKG Pro Time Management (UTM) can provide is great.
  • The ability as a super admin to turn on an off access to various parts of the system.

Cons

  • Case are not answered on a timely basis
  • Most cases are not given the consideration they need and the resolutions offer no help.
  • Our so called relationship managers assigned to us off no help.
