Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We utilize UKG Pro for our main HRIS platform, including payroll, recruiting, etc. More recently we are implementing the Leave Management platform,

Cons

  • Leave management communicate with time cards
  • Increased employee engagement
  • simplified recruiting efforts
  • Department communication
More recently, leave management for accessibility between various departments to simplify communication and allow the employee experience to be better in the event an absence occurs.
Increased engagement
UKG Pro is great program to utilize as it is user friendly for employees and the processes are simple. In some areas, processes could be simplified, example being, entering in leave management.
