Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use it for clocking in/out, running reports, scheduling. One problem is that the app is not so user friendly and we have non-tech older employees who have a hard time understanding it. Also our biggest department has mostly employees who speak Haitian Creole and that language isn’t available on the app.
