Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, I use UKG Pro to pull BI (business intelligence) reports and utilize Employee Voice for onboarding and exit surveys

Pros

  • Ease of off boarding workflow
  • Easy to export reports

Cons

  • In Employee Voice, it would be helpful to export individual surveys in pdf
Recruiting/Onboarding has made it easier to transition applicants to employees.
The reporting is very critical to managing headcount and finances.
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro is Not a one size fits all but is a comprehensive system
Definitely better than Ceridian
