Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We used UKG Pro for payroll and HRIS at a couple of different organizations that I worked for. At one organization, we also used UKG performance management and review tools, and were in the process of transitioning to personnel record-keeping (e-files) through UKG

Pros

  • integrating payroll/time-keeping/HRIS record-keeping
  • the flow of performance reviews through supervisor to approval to sharing with employees/capturing employee feedback

Cons

  • I don't have any--we were very satisfied with UKG
  • employee engagement through the performance review modules improved in that employees and managers had clearer lines of communication and performance/goal management
Performance management, timekeeping
increased productivity in that the organization was able to centralize multiple HR functions into one software application--prior to that, the organization was using multiple software platforms for the various functions that didn't flow well into one another
Having worked with the aforementioned multiple different software platforms that didn't communicate well with each other, transitioning to UKG provided a much more seamless experience for the HR team and the end-users
