Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
Previously we used Ascentis and ADP. The goal with the UKG Pro system was to tie both of em together in one system.
We also added on a few packages that we use such as recruiting and On-boarding, compensation, and benefits.

Pros
- Provides easy access for employee data with quickviews
- Extremely flexible with how employee timecards can be set up to adjust for various variable such as contract changes for Union employees.
- Setting up profiles for different users.
Cons
- LM-2 Reporting for Unions. Particularly, this system had to be adjusted to operate in the way that our union requires but when it comes to getting reports, that are net set in Dataviews are not the best.
- BI Reporting could be easier to use but overall its manageable.
- As an International Union, I would like to see that you offer more Union friendly options such as when it comes to LM-2 reporting. When it comes to compensation as a union it is difficult to fit this system with how we deal with compensation and salary planning.
- It has allowed our HR office from doing mundane things such as letting employees know what their accrual balance is.
- It has made updating personnel information much sooner.
We were able to centralize People data, pay, on-boarding, and recruiting,
Reduced engagement regarding menial tasks.
