Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for HR and Payroll. We would like to expand to Voice and Compensation.

Once I figured out the dashboard function in reporting, it helped tremendously for point in time reporting and to confirm manual reporting.
You do need to be more technical to administer UKG Pro.
Affordable, can grow with the company, allows for automation of tasks

Our rep has been changed several times, it is hard to get resolution at times. It is frustrating that a large fee is incurred for minor updates.
