Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, I use UKG Pro for Time keeping, document storage, education, and proposed timelines to retirement

Pros

  • time keeping
  • delegation with time-frames
  • email feedback with reminders for leave requests

Cons

  • slow speeds on days where time keeping is done by many users
  • need more simplified navigation
  • record keeping
  • privacy
  • employee documents
organizational wide scheduling and leave accrual
scheduling annually for employees for performance evaluations on attendance
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro does leave desired proficiencies for ease of use as a desktop dashboard would be awesome
