Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for HRM, Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, and performance management. UKG Pro helps us to keep everything in one place, so that HR an work more efficiently.

  • Easier to implement benefits enrollment
  • With BI reporting we are able to show the differences in time to fill between our multiple locations.
UKG Pro centralized information helps our candidates to flow seamlessly from recruiting, to on-boarding, and then being hired into the system. This creates a great first impression to our applicants and new hires.
The processes we are able to implement through UKG helps our multi-location HR team to work seamlessly together.
It's just super easy to use.
