Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Enter termination info, change information for employees. Recruiting - review resumes. Time and attendance for staff. Look up information on employees.

Pros

  • Time sheets are easy to correct if needed.
  • Entering term info is super easy.
  • Making changes to my personal information is easy.

Cons

  • Recruiting - I don't find it easy to navigate. Have to switch screens to get all of the information on a candidate.
  • Having a time and attendance system is great for hourly employees. Makes tracking time easy.
  • Allowing employees to make changes to their personal information allows us to be more productive.
  • Benefit enrollment is efficient through UKG.
I don't know
Productivity of HR staff is increased. Having all information in one place and accessible to manager is very helpful.
The recruiting piece needs to be updated or refined.
Pretty comparable. I did not use Recruiting under ADP.

Recruiting needs to be more user friendly - being able to see all information on an applicant in one screen summary maybe.

Some of my employees have issues when they clock in where the clock in/out does not register.
