Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for many facets of our business but my experience is with recruiting. I feel it is very outdated and not user friendly and could use several updates including the ability to send attachments to hiring managers, make it easier for hiring managers to access applicants and they’re open job requisitions and being able to set a timer on when emails are sent just to name a few.

  • Being able to tag in people via the system.
  • Being able to make it more user friendly for applicants and hiring managers for recruiting gateway.
I work only in recruiting so can only speak to this.
There has been several times recruiting gateway has been shut down which has then impacted applicants being able to apply. I feel we would have been engagement for applicants and hiring managers if the system was updated.
Most things could be updated or better communicated.
More updated and more user friendly.

Many times the system experiences, technology issues where we cannot access applicants or any of the systems making it hard for us to fully recruit. in addition, from my experience, it is not user-friendly so many of our managers do not use the system and forces our team to have to put an information for them and send them resumes and other information from the application
