Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use it as a manager but not timekeeper as well as HR leadership to monitor my own staff but also to aid in investigations.

Pros

  • Better interface with latest updates; less "payroll" more webpage
  • easy to see calendar and request; reviewing approved leave hours

Cons

  • Reports, Reports, etc
  • Better interface of assigning population when investigating.
  • Creating Hypergroups; if I'm saying that is correct, is clumsy.
  • leave tracking and payroll processing
Leave management; it was previous managed locally within the departments.
Not real impact that I can think of but knowing how to run reports; it helps with investigation. Easy of approving request as a manager is fine.
Reports and creating groups. Big part for me and it cluncky

I think its coming along; if it was a little easier to manage reporting and groups; that would be great. Especially for us that see everyone.
