Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use it for timekeeping, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, document management. We have not experienced issues other than through implementation.

HR files have been uploaded into the system. This process saved time and opened a full office space which has been used to hire a new position. Audits now work smoothly with the accessibility of the files.
Reduced stress when it comes to audits and document filing.
Very easy to navigate and keep up with.
