Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for our HRIS, payroll, recruiting, benefits administration.

Business process of salary increase requests.
It made me to learn SQL and all different functions within BI.
8 because its not always 100% user friendly.

UKG Pro is well rounded software for HRIS. room for improvement is in service request and module integration, its less seamless.
