Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for our HRIS.

Pros

  • Streamlined process
  • connection between recruiting and on-boarding
  • employee life cycle made easy

Cons

  • more self sufficient for managers
  • UKG Pro has been great! we've used them for a number of years!
It's been awesome so far! vendor are connected to our platform.
My employees are happy using the platform and they find it easy to use.
i've used the software for over 10 years!
