Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We utilize UKG Pro for our ATS (applicant tracking system), Onboarding, HRIS (human resources information system), and Payroll.

  • ATS (applicant tracking system) needs to be streamlined and more robust offerings
  • Ability to fill high volume roles and streamline HR processes

UKG Pro hasn't really made work much easier. If anything more manual processes as we are using a module that will be sunsetting.

We have module that is being sunsetted. So there is a lot of room for improvement in UKG Pro but no longer being used within the next year or so.
