Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro As an HR (human resources) Business Partner - HRIS (human resources information system) / Payroll.

Pros

  • HRIS Data storage
  • Modules

Cons

  • Back office (soon to be sunset) integration
  • CA-friendly set-ups
  • Faster hiring
Recruiting, onboarding, Job History
Can be difficult to navigate for employee populations that are not tech savvy; e.g. - password is very complex & resets often - and causes a lot of confusion or difficulty for our employee groups
Good for tech savvy employees/office staff; less so for those who use it less often
