Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro for our HRIS (human resources information system), paystubs, etc.

Pros

  • Easy to Navigate

Cons

  • some of the layout could be better
  • some of the naming of options to click on, are too similar
  • layout of paystubs could be easier
  • reporting is helpful to help achieve targeted headcount
reporting --> can see trends in departures, new hires, etc.
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro is User friendly for those who have worked with HRIS (human resources information system) systems

The paystubs could have an different layout for ease of employees to understand. Functionality is good
