Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro for paperless processes: creating workflows for approvals, onboarding, document manager

Cons

  • Learning Center has gone missing, bring back on demand training
  • report writing resources for the new BI
  • Taxes

  • pay data reporting
we are working to update our workflow processes to originate in HR and not at the service center level
Using UKG Pro prior to the COVID shut down put us ahead of the game with paperless processes
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my opinion, overall UKG Pro is very user friendly
