UKG Pro took a complicated benefit open enrollment to an organized and easy automated process. Saved me time and gave me the opportunity to see what my choices were quickly
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my opinion, UKG Pro is Easy, clear but when there are issues no dedicated customer service representative
