Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We use UKG Pro for timekeeping and to run reports

Pros

  • App is easy to use
  • Amount of reports that can be run

Cons

  • More languages available for the app
  • Create job aids in different languages for different employees
  • Decerease unecessary pay penalties
The app, not having employees go to the timeclock
I am an admin and have to assist every employee who is logged out all the time of their UKG app. Usually its employees who aren’t tech savvy
It’s easy for computer users but not so user friendly for employees who are older
