Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use for HR and Payroll. It allow for a more intergrated system with better overall technology.

Pros

  • Maintains data in once place
  • Allows for a more streamlined onboarding
  • Provides better attendance tracking

Cons

  • Integration from UKG Pro and WFM
  • Better customer support
  • Dedicated support person or team
  • More real life day to day training
  • Better tools for compensation, access to benchmarking data base
  • At this point post implantation we are not seeing ROI

More access to data and streamlined process. Lacks hands on training for suck a big system. Lack for consistent and knowledgeable consultants for implementation and projects. Consultants that have a full understanding of all modules and how the interact.
