Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We use UKG Pro for HR (human resources) and Payroll. Pro and WFM (workforce management) are the main platforms we use.

Pros

  • Payment Services
  • Responds quickly to cases
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Make pro and WFM more streamline, some information doesn't always update from one source to the other.
  • Increased employee engagement
We are working on centralizing all documents from benefits to annual documents that need to be acknowledged.
System is easy to use
