Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

So we use it for a little bit of everything for our HRIS. We use it for payroll. We run their Kronos program. We've gone paperless, so we use it for storing all of our employee files. We use it for keeping track of our payroll as well as our employees go on check their pay stubs through there as well. Anything employer related is on there. Basically whenever we have a new hire, all of their benefits and everything go on that as well. So far it's been pretty good. No real problems. We also run lots of reports on there with our UKG Pro, so that's some of the things that we use it for.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I'd say one of the things it does well is with your benefits enrollment and also with keeping your employees abreast as to how everything goes with their payroll and their accounts as far as if they need to change any of their tax deductions or anything like that, they can do it right there on their phone. Just log onto the app and they can do it right through on their phone. So I like that and I think that that's a great resource for the product.

Cons

This is the only problem that I have had, I have moved around the company a lot and I would like for this particular program to be able to support employees that may work at various locations within the company and be able to pull several different areas within the company without issue.

I'd say a hundred percent. I mean, from what I can gather, we definitely got our money's worth on this particular program all around.

There's really nothing that's bad about it as far as I can see. So overall, I've only had the one issue and that was an issue with being transferred around. Other than that, I'd say it's great

Alternatives Considered

The only one that I've ever used that's similar to this is going to be a SAP program, and that's the only other program that I've used that's similar to it. ADP as well. To be honest, I didn't use all the functions with all of those. Even though I was a user, my role was different at those other companies than it is now. I can't really compare it that much because I didn't use all the functions on the other ones. But I can say as an employee looking at ADP versus looking at my UKG Pro, it was a big difference. So I just think that overall UKG Pro is better.

Likelihood to Recommend

I'd say well suited, like I said before, our employees love it. They can have everything right at their fingertips. I love it because I can go on and I can pull anything about any employee or about every employee every day, whatever I'm doing. I use that as a resource for pulling employee information. So it's just a very valuable resource for me in my every day with work.
