Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

Use it for onboarding, payroll, reporting, benefits tracking, ACA, 1095, W's etc.

Pros

  • Customer Service - they care about their customers and helping them get issues resolved

Cons

  • limited amount to time with experts once implementation is done.
  • Like the admin ability to oversee all locations activities in one platform
  • The billing process can be confusing as to what employee is classified
Have not experienced any problems with system response times.
There is a large learning curve to operating this system. Much larger than previous systems I have used in the past.
During the implementation process my team was excellent, extremely responsive to changes that were requested.
The multi functions are great, you can add in other pkg to complete the whole HRIS package.
