Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG is used to process payroll across the company. Processing regular weekly and semi-monthly payrolls and off-cycle payrolls with yearend tax reports and W2's.

Pros

Cons

  • Garnishment support.
  • Cost and time savings.
  • Ability to manage all HR activities on one platform.
Some BI reports are slow. We cannot make changes to the reports.
Good on the payroll side, but not as good on garnishment support.
When we have off-cycle payrolls with regular payrolls, the payroll specialist works beyond hours to accommodate.
UKG has dedicated tax professionals who help with year-end reports and W2s, which is very helpful with multi-state businesses.
