Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
UKG Pro is currently being used across the whole organization as an HRMS platform to house employee personnel data. We use it to process payroll and also use their Payment Tax Services as well as Onboarding and Recruiting.
- Payroll Processing software
- Human Resources management software
- Onboarding and Recruiting software
- Continue to enhance existing products based on customer feedback
- Tax Payment Services amendment processing
- Customer Service response time
- Ability to manage all HR activities within one platform
- Has features that saves time
Benefits Administration and timekeeping centralization were a big plus. The employee is able to access and perform tasks related to benefits, pay, and time with one single sign on. The outside vendors receive the necessary information through API feeds and automatic exports. Building automatic exports is an additional upfront cost, but it saves a lot of time and eliminates a lot of errors in the long run.
From a payroll perspective, there are several features built into the platform that create more ease of use and save a tremendous amount of time from manual calculations and input. An example of such features include Pending Pay, Retroactive Pay, Consolidated Direct Deposit, and automated reports at payroll close.
We had an older version of ADP from 2012 that we were paying for separately and accessing via a single-sign on link from within UKG Pro. With the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, we decided to use the UKG Ready timekeeping platform in 2022 to consolidate our billing and obtain a better price deal.
