Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis. Looking LinkedIn Learning and tracking employees courses and progress. We use the BI tool for developing many useful reports for budgeting and compensation analysis. Managing and executing benefits as well. Employees can find any HR related information and their individual information like pay history, comp progress and any other related information on UKG Pro without the need to contact HR.

Payroll is now in one place
Of course. It reduced time spent on payroll processing. Enhance budgeting process and one place as a sold reference for the truth of any employee information. HR and Finance were able to collaborate better on all related work like benefits, payroll, comp and financial reporting and work together to advance the organization and the employee experience.

I think it’s well suited system for all the reasons mentioned before plus the ability to integrate and connect with other systems. I was able to connect it to Vena Solutions which improved the budgeting process tremendously. Currently in the process to integrate with our accounting software Sage 300 to streamline monthly compensation allocation to different departments to further enhance financial reporting.
