Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG Pro is currently being utilized as our HRIS, ATP, PTO tracking and payroll system. Since implementing UKG Pro, our employees are able to access their vacation time and personal information with much more ease. It is also an effective tool for our HR team to ensure recruitment activities can be carried out efficiently.

We have centralized our payroll, applicant tracking, HRIS, time tracking and performance review processes on UKG Pro. It's amazing to be able to complete all of our HR processes on one platform. This has improved productivity and increased employee satisfaction. It has been an asset to our company and helped drive many processes.
We previously had very manual processes for recruitment. UKG Pro is the first applicant tracking platform our company has ever had, and it is having significantly made the process smoother and increased our ability to track applicants and improved our recruitment and onboarding process. Our new employees enjoy the ease of self-enrolling.
The system is fairly new for us, so I can't speak to this.

It is well suited to our payroll, HRIS and applicant tracking system. It is easy and convenient to be able to access all of these functionalities on one platform. It is an overall excellent people and performance improvement platform that has strengthened our business processes and improved the way our employees can access their information.

The UKG Pro team is very responsive and has provided excellent support during our integration process.

So far, it's been good and we've been able to smoothly integrate our system. We are excited to see how else we can build our HRIS system with UKG Pro.
