Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG was implemented in our organization in April 2020. It is the first HRIS system we used. Being a global organization, we are using it for training, HR, payroll, career development, and recruitment. It is allowing us to oversee all of our global HR processes.
  • Support all of our global companies.
  • Regroup Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Benefits, People development all-in-one.
  • In the ATS, the search for candidates in the database could be improved.
  • Notes/documents from the applicants are mostly linked to opportunities; it doesn't always follow when an applicant is moved from one opportunity to another.
  • We should be able to add notes in the opportunities along the process, not only in the candidate's files.
  • Increased employee engagement.
  • Ability to manage all HR activities within one platform.
  • Optimize and streamline talent acquisition processes.
