Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use [UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] for payroll, reporting, and many HR functions including the performance review process and recruiting.

  • Ability to hide candidates identifying information from hiring managers
  • Increased time and cost savings
None.
Usually, the only time I have trouble loading pages is when I am using Google Chrome.
The customer success representatives are amazing!
During the entire recruiting implementation process!
[UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] works really well with payroll and the performance review process.
