- We had hurdles during initial learning phase, the onboarding team can do a better job but it could be our specific account manager who was let go during later phase.
- BI reports are game changers!
I had to run an off-cycle payroll during after hour. The representative held my hands to go through the entire process because I was new to it. I was able to make the deadline with peace in my mind.
