UKG for the win!
Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We use UKG Ready for HR Administration, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Training. Ready is also integrated with a few of our partners, such as our 401K. The 360 integration is fantastic! We've cut so much manual entry, and our employees have a better experience since the systems talk to each other. Everything flows through, and UKG did everything to set it up. We love it!
Pros
- When you open a ticket, they research and test the answer before they contact you so they know it will work for you. There's no troubleshooting on the phone. All the work was done beforehand.
- They are super knowledgeable and supportive. They are a pleasure to work with.
- They are way ahead of the game when it comes to technology and innovation.
Cons
- I've been live with Ready for the last 7 months and I've never had an issue.
- We are a very small HR department. The 360 integrations we created completely eliminated all manual entries for our team.
The first time I entered a support ticket, the representative called me back and said....'I researched your issue, I tested it before I called you, and I am ready to help you through it. I nearly fell over! I've never received any customer support from a human capital organization in my entire career.
