Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

Time and attendance, Payroll, and HR modules. We went from Paper to a system process. We are always learning how to improve.

Pros

  • Automation in time and attendance.
  • Integration with Payroll and HR.
  • Scheduling and integration with time and attendance.

Cons

  • Implementation Support.
  • Help Tickets and time to answer.
  • Tickets that never get answered after being elevated.
  • Improve retention.
  • Improved Payroll with less errors.
Scheduling could be more user-friendly and have better reporting. Recruiting is not user-friendly and does not house information in an applicant-focused way.
Between time and attendance and payroll, it is excellent, but we struggle with benefits and scheduling integration.
The integration with time and attendance and payroll has been a huge time saver for all involved. We can now do reporting and data collection on a more timely basis.
