Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We utilize the full platform for HR, onboarding, recruiting, learning, timekeeping, benefits administration, compensation management and performance. UKG Ready is flexible, allowing us to customize the platform for our specific needs, work rules, pay rules, etc. The platform allows us to track specific behaviors, assign a point value to these behaviors, and tie the points into a quarterly review to help identify problems that need correction, while rewarding behavior we want. We pay weekly, operating on an alternative work schedule with specific pay rules, which the pay calc configuration allows us to automate. We have recently incorporated Bryte AI to improve self service for our workforce

Pros

  • Payroll processing is easy to administer, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
  • The open configuration allows you to customize work flows, security, pay rules, and more on the fly.
  • A very large customer ideas, support and resources that is easily searched for solutions provided by UKG and customers.

Cons

  • The advanced scheduler could be modified to make mass daily updates or cancellation of shifts easier.
  • The open shift process could be improved to auto post openings for employees to see.
  • Reduced meal break violations.
  • Attestations help with claims of compliance violations
  • Increased performance feedback for better role clarity and engagement
It's simple to use and straightforward with it's platform
Some of the product modules are simple with implementation, while others can be a bit more tedious and lengthy in time
UKG Ready has reduced manual workload by automating several processes to include timecard administration, time off requests and scheduling

It is very good with timecard administration, timecard rules, payroll rules and processing.

The learning module could be fully integrated vs being a bolt on.
