Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use it as our HRIS and to process payroll and fir edi feeds to benefits

Pros

  • LOVE that we can send edi feeds to our benefits providers
  • Uploads are very convenient
  • basic navigating is easy

Cons

  • Really dislike that it can only show 20 entries and then you have to arrow to the next page
  • Really would like a live customer relationship person to contact with urgent questions
  • Onboarding was mixed - certain modules/reps were MUCH better than others
  • Open enrollment is more efficient (although not easy to set up)
Hard to find certain information, reporting doesn't pull certain custom labels, nor particularly user freindly
hard to set up EDI feeds especially if new or changed vendors, but once set up, wonderful
Open enrollment, once setup, is particularly more efficient than our prior system. Also edi feeds o benefits providers streamlined our process tremendously

Seems like it is highly customizable but once we started to onboard, many features or custom labels could not pull into a report in the way we needed. That being said, once we had experience looking for information, the Me/Teams/Settings re pretty easy to navigate.


Chatbot is usually not helpful - I almost always have to go to live chat and feel frustrates when it is urgent and hard to get a live person.
