Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We have an Applicant Tracking System which was implemented approx 2 yrs. Ago and has streamlined our recruitment process! All the manual sourcing and shortlisting has been eliminated on our end, eliminating time waiting from our process. Problems the product addresses include timely feedback to applicants, increased engagement with applicants, reduction in time to fill. My entire recruitment department uses the same tool.

Pros

  • Hosts employee personnel information
  • Generate automated reports
  • Providew real time access to your personal info through the mobile app

Cons

  • Custome fields - reports are important reflecting these however we are unable to generate any reports using custom fields.
  • Being unable to reword/rename some fields in the ATS
  • The system is locked in to certain parts of the country not making it welcoming for belizeas who sign in
  • Employees are informed
  • They are empowered
  • They keep their personal info updated
There are learning saseeion readily available and a Help section that guides you tthoroughly. The resources are there to look up and use the system. It is user friendly allowing us to review it and try different things out.
Everything is straightforward
Increased productivity, efficiency and we cut back on overprocessing! With the ATS, candidates can be sourced all in one place. We no longer review manual applications. Applicants are informed of the steps in their recruitment journey. They can always enter the ATS and update their information on the go.
