Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

we use almost the entire UKG Ready system! We needed a system that could handle it all and integrate with Spectrum and our other Trimble products to bring it all together to create a One stop shop for our employees as well as our HR team. We also needed to move from our manual processes to more automated processes and UKG Ready has allowed us to do that!

Pros

  • Recruiting Platform works great to fill our open needs with the partnership with EQuest
  • T&A and Payroll all in one place to make the process easier
  • Reviews to allow for an actual system to be in place
  • HR onboarding to sync with the Recruiting and make it easier to hire and complete what is needed as we move them through the whole process.

Cons

  • Construction in general - Lots of focus on retail, healthcare, and manufacturing but construction is a space that I see is mentioned but not the focus for the complex needs.
  • Reviews - easier way to really set up and manage profiles when you have multiple departments and review set ups
  • helped HR focus on other priorities
  • Helped EE's have a one stop shop
  • made Open Enrollment much easier
I give this rating because of our workforce and technology knowledge and understanding as they are construction. Overall I absolutely love it and think that most things are more like a 10!
this has been something we have excelled at with hiring our in house API and Application specialists.
Yes - My HR team is use to not taking off around the holidays because of all the year end we have to be ready for by January 1st. This year we will be able to take off and not worry as we have more automated processes that allowed us to cut that list to less than a 1/4 of what we needed to do at year end.

I have absolutely loved working with UKG and everyone I have met. They are all great and always willing to help and answer our questions! We love the product and what it has provided for not only our HR team but our employees as well.
