Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) for Time/Labor, HR, Performance Management, and ACA preparation. We are using it for all three companies across two islands, and every department utilizes the product. The majority of our users are on the mobile application, but we do have a small group that utilizes a time clock.

It is able to address our complex payroll/timesheet issues, and provide a user friendly app and user interface.

Role-based Success

We were able to combine three companies and their respective payroll systems into one product - this minimized the process time from three days into one half of a day. It's allowed us to free up time to do other responsibilities and be more productive.

Quality of Resources

I really enjoy the seminars from Kronos leaders as well as fellow user. Also, the user group conferences are nicely organized and allows you to network with others

Likelihood to Recommend

The platform is ideal for companies that have complex payroll issues, human resources needs, and performance management storage all in one place. It is ideal for companies that like to have a single sign on for all of their software packages, and eases the burden of having to keep paper files.
