Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and Workday Human Capital Management

User and admin friendly. The community is great and so is customer service. I've never waited more than 24 hrs for a call back

Role-based Success

As an admin, it is easy to configure certain tasks. I am also able to report and build reports fairly quickly.

Webinars are great. However, there aren't many instructions to implement the changes. Also, when you speak with customer service, they are unaware of these changes. The user groups are great because the most of time other users have similar issues and solutions.
