Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

The whole company uses it to track time. We track time via clocks, PCs, mobile app. Everything except phone and biometrics. We auto drop hours for exempt staff. We used to use the ACA module but do not any longer. We also had a division that used schedular but they are not active at this time.
  • Time tracking is straight forward.
  • Audit trails are very helpful and easily accessed.
  • Provides data for separate payroll module outside of WFR.
  • Automating the building and maintenance of employee profiles is a bit cumbersome.
  • Although online learning is great, sometimes a searchable manual could help our managers.
  • Very positive impact.
  • We have been able to provide data to leaders with very little setup.
  • Automating time off approval/request process was a big help.
This company has used WFR since I arrived in December 2013.
Scheduler was tough to use. We are hosted so auto interfaces are not available to us.

Scheduler is very cumbersome and takes a lot of work.
Mobile access is great!

UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) Support

Support has always been great. That said in the past almost year it is slowed down dramatically which is very disappointing.

For the most part it is easy to use.
