Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

We use UKG to process the payroll in our organization. We have a cumbersome timesheet system that we use and it interfaces smoothly. We have only been using this system since 7/1/2020 and it's mainly used by the support personnel. Our staff only looks at the pay statement online.
  • The support staff is AWESOME.
  • Our implementation team was great.
  • The system is very user friendly.
  • We dislike the function of forcing employees to consent to electronic W-2's.
  • Our transition rep (between implementation and total support) was not good.
  • Can't think of anything else - it's only been 5 months.
  • We are saving approximately $50,000/year on a salaried payroll admin.
  • Processing payroll takes about 5 less hours per pay period.
  • Accuracy is not an issue anymore.
I haven't used an ADP produce in 20 years so a comparison wouldn't be accurate. My most previous employer used a company from Canada and it was extremely cumbersome and required a lot of manual intervention. I don't remember the name of the company but it interfaced with our Information System. UKG is accurate and easy to use.
UKG is able to adapt to different pay codes that a healthcare organization has. It takes some time to build the information but it's great going forward.

Workforce Ready is so easy to use. It took a while to set up but it's great. We had a payroll person that retired and opted to use UKG and saved a ton of money. And the system is way more accurate than a human would be.

UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) Support

We are soooo pleased with the support staff at UKG. They respond so quickly to the tickets. I have never waited more than 3 hours for a "medium" issue and most "high" issues get responded to within an hour. It's amazing. They are so qualified to handle the issues. We couldn't be more pleased. Most companies pass you to support and the relationship dies there. No so with UKG.

Even after only 5 months, we are so pleased with UKG. Payroll processing is a breeze and the support staff are amazing.
