Given the product history, I am involed in a conversion and intergration project across a national platform of hospitals.
- Reporting and system customization.
- Categorizing non-standard codes from a Payroll perspective
- Limitless file output and easy data transfer
- Ultipro has room for improvement within its back office tables. Writing custom SQL queries for reporting is somewhat difficult.
- A negative impact of this product is that does take a certain amount of training to learn how to use it effectively.

The Ultipro SAAS HRIS system is better equipped to maintain and house data more efficiently.
