Overall Satisfaction

Given the product history, I am involed in a conversion and intergration project across a national platform of hospitals.

Pros

  • Reporting and system customization.
  • Categorizing non-standard codes from a Payroll perspective
  • Limitless file output and easy data transfer

Cons

  • Ultipro has room for improvement within its back office tables. Writing custom SQL queries for reporting is somewhat difficult.
  • A negative impact of this product is that does take a certain amount of training to learn how to use it effectively.
The Ultipro SAAS HRIS system is better equipped to maintain and house data more efficiently.
BI reporting/Analytics is the most efficient in what I have seen on this tool
Depending on the company needs it is best to hire someone who knows the Back Office system of Ultipro and basic SQL scripting
